Shipping Policy

At Botanical Refreshers, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped promptly. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Orders are processed during the week and shipped on Saturdays. Processing must be completed before an order can be shipped.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be processed and shipped. Tracking will be provided once released by the carrier. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. Due to varying state laws regarding cannabinoids and mushrooms, certain states may have restrictions on shipping. Please ensure that your state allows the delivery of our products before placing an order. If your state restricts the sale of products containing cannabinoids, we may be unable to fulfill your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure your package arrives safely, Botanical Refreshers is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist you in the process and provide any necessary information.

International Shipping Compliance

International shipments are subject to the import laws, regulations, and enforcement policies of the destination country.

 

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether our products are permitted to be imported and for any duties, restrictions, delays, or seizures that may occur as a result of local customs enforcement.
