Refund Policy

At Botanical Refreshers, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, such as damaged products or missing items, please contact us promptly, and we will work with you to resolve the issue based on the specific circumstances.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except for orders returned due to insufficient addresses or damage incurred during transit.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, we will:

  • Replace the damaged items (if more than 6 items are affected per case and if 20% cases/product is damaged per pallet).

  • Issue a partial refund for the value of the damaged items (if fewer than 3 items are affected).

Please note that we are unable to ship individual replacement items for damages involving fewer than 3 items. In such cases, we will provide future store credit.

Missing Deliveries

If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but has not arrived, please allow up to 24 hours for potential delays in final delivery. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, contact us, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of receiving your refund confirmation email, first check your bank account or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@botanicalrefreshers.com for further assistance.
